UK Deliveries
Please also note that we do not dispatch over the weekend. We are not liable for any delays and/or failed deliveries as a result of inaccurate and/or incomplete delivery address provided by you.
European & International Deliveries
All deliveries to Europe & International countries are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked service. Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout. European deliveries will be delivered within 3- 5 working day from dispatch, and international 5-7 working days from dispatch, however delivery times are not guaranteed.Please also note that we do not dispatch over the weekend.

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking information.
Customs
For EU & International orders, the customer is responsible for all custom charges. Custom charges vary depending on the country and value of the order
UK Returns
We offer free UK returns. Please kindly click on the following link and enter your order number and postcode to print off your free returns label.
We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
European & International Returns
The customer is responsible for any postage costs incurred in returning items from European countries. We recommend that you use an insured registered delivery service and keep the receipt and proof of postage.We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
